From my understanding what's on the letter is what is the major problem?

Its perhaps the intent of the letter that they refer to that these players have signed..... no one has posted this " letter of intent ".......... which at a JC there is no letter of intent . This creates the illusion in the minds of these recruits that they are signed sealed and delivered to ARC.........

My guess is that if this letter is in question it is b/c of the impression that these recruits are led to belive that it is somehow binding upon them...... we will have to wait for the results to come out.....
