I’m not sure about Sac. or Fresno, but you would think Fresno City would have a bigger local draw than Bako.  My wife helped me with the Bako list, eliminating continuation schools listed etc.  I just know any team going with mostly local players will definitely have a tough row to hoe to get to the state championship game.  The talent stars kind of lined for BC this year – no real weak areas except the O-line and they came around big time by the end of the year. It will take some luck-of-the-draw to duplicate 2012 again next year.
