C'mon guys. Leave hamo alone. Don't you know how hard it is to get Cheetos powder stains off your Fruit of the Looms? And to have to do it at the laundromat with only 3 quarters to your name. Sorry hamo, that's rubbin' it in while your still tryin' to rub it out. My bad.

Next time try Bakersfield Cheetos, they're easier to get the stains out with because just like the Mounties........they're "Baked"!

thanks again to those whose efforts produced the webcast

And give credit to the players on both sides who dealt with the turf conditions,
the track is always world class at the Relays, but I believe the field is original construction.  The field at BC is, I believe, natural Bermuda grass, but it is crowned and drains very well.

Grass is in pretty good shape Glen. It may be the last game at Memorial played on real grass in over 57 years. They most likely will install a new track and artificial turf next season. Hope you can make it down. Should be a great game and about 12,000 fans or so.

Thats a shame to install the artifical stuff at BC............ hot enough playing games there and with the turf it will make the field tempature about 135 degrees..... plus I always liked playing on that grass at Memorial Stadium and I am sure most players feel the same about playing on real grass !!!

I think the same.  Since they quit playing some HS games up there the field stays in pretty good shape.  I'm sure it costs alot to maintain grass though.

The rain game at Ventura was pretty nice on turf in the rain. Not slippery (advantage BC).
