Re: COS It wasnt the offensive line

Best 3 quarters COS played all season... everyone was on the same page... and this was against the #3 team in No. Cal... #6 in the state and ranked top 20 in the nation... This was the Giant team that we expected and played like they have the potentional to be, one of the best teams in the state ... Line protected and QB had time to throw long 3 TD's (all over 50 yards), D was AWESOME against one of the best RB's in the nation and had a bend but not break mentality.... huge stops, turnovers, and  great energy. Offense had great balance in running and passing ... QB 8/13 at half for over 200 yds. and 3 tds passes... ended with 10 different receivers getting at least one reception which is unheard of with only 19 total receptions and running backs were awesome.... again with the offensive line playing a huge role. Came out the second half and had another balanced scoring drive with a great running TD from ... Great total effort by coaching staff, offense, defense, ... up by 20 points at one point and 17 going into the 4th quarter.. THEN we had the 4th quarter... where we reverted to some of the problems that have plagued us all year.... I was really proud of COS players and coaches.... team could of folded but the staff and team played 3 of the best quarters that I have seen them play all year against a very good team. I refuse to throw anyone under the bus... Beat Fresno and quit being a hater... whatever your agenda is...

All those yards and stats don't mean nothing if they can cant get a win to follow up.you have players telling the coaches how to run the team and coaches the coaches allow this. Who is running this team it sure isn't the coaches. I guess that's what happens when the coaches fall in love with what a player or players do off of the field not what they do on the field.

Not sure what you mean about off the field issues? You sound like a disgruntled player? Have you put in the time? Practice? Have you been part of the solution? Or part of the problem? Losing 4-5 games by a combined 14 points HURTS! But you gotta move on and learn from the mistakes that were made? This season? Off season? Player management? Wo knows but I believe it will be fixed! And this time next year hopefully we are talking about who we will be facing in the Nor Cal Championship! Get over it, move forward COS faithful have .... You should to!
