Re: Humble Pie has been served

Someone will eventually answer when the last time the NC was held by a Jayhawk (butler) team right? It's easy to live in the past and relish on those accomplishments. "What have you done for me lately?" Is my motto. I used to respect Nebraska when they were winning titles, now they have moved on from their rein. I don't continue to think of the program the same as I did then, NOONE does.
As for being a d bag, I guess I could understand that, after all I mastered my craft by reading thro at least 274 posts and mimicking on of my favorite posters to this site... Sorry to offend you.
Also, just for clarification, I was never once chanting overrated at any point during the season... I suppose that was mainly due to the fact that we were ranked 1 for a majority of the season, thus no need for the chant.
Could anyone bring any relevant conversation about the game? An opinion with bias from the other side? Or are we all really going to hang our hat on the fact that injuries won the game for IW...

Just for clarification on a couple things.
I inquired about full scholarships and there is not one athlete on IW roster who has anything over 50%. They said they have never had nor will they be able to put a kid on a full scholarship.
Can the jayhawk conf play 16 out of staters in non conf games?
Rumor is the conference is so upset about the loss that they are voting on going with 30 out of state players? So conferences are going to start adding out of staters until all are unlimited?
How many NCs would it take to lose the titles of "first timer," "newbie," and statements like "flash in the pan," etc.

As many as it takes for the fans to act like they've been there. In your case I have no idea. You seem pretty prouud of "your" accomplishment.
