How in the hell can you spend $ 6,000 per month to maintain a grass field ??? I could irrigate 300 acres of cotton for less at the old farm site in Bakersfield........ You mow the field 2x per week ??? even 4x per week with a salaried employee.......... I could mow the field in less than 2hrs................ Whats the cost of putting in a turf field ???? 2 mill ???
