I love you, man, and I certainly don't want to upset anyone, especially a senior citizen (nudge, nudge, wink, wink). I guess sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes other people feel like you're a nut. It's all good in this mamby pamby, hurly girly, creepy crawly world of Internet message boards. I gotta say, though, that sometimes you get what you got coming.
I guess whether you've NEVER posted ugly or hurtful humor is a matter of your point of view. Actually, whether it is even humor is a matter of who is the butt of the joke. I'll refrain from re-posting this hilarity (insert eye roll), as I refuse to further acknowledge the existence of that aberration of a "JC football website". Lets just leave it that the schoolyard bullying which used to exist here has simply moved to the low rent part of town and the vast majority of us like it that way. It was obviously unwelcome, as evidenced by Kevin's decision to take this site pay-per-view. I am very hopeful that the very moment it returns, he will handle it by placing a fee of $10/month on subscribers, an amount obviously way outside of the budget of those who have since left us with a site of general peace and dignity.
In short, there is a conflict. Some insisted on behavior that the owner of this website finally had to deem unacceptable. They left. Their gone. We pray they don't return. When you follow them and participate in these ongoing attacks, you just can't come here and pretend that you didn't or that you don't. It's a two-way street and you might just be standing in the middle of it. I am not judging here, but simply offering food for thought.
I apologize if this is upsetting to you or anyone else, but I really feel you've been guilty on more than one occasion of playing both sides, and might suggest that it is time to make a choice.

Yes I am an administrator on that other (unmentionable) site, as well as a member on other sites. Each site has its own philosophy in what it is all about. While I may or may not like every point point in a sites philosophy, my personal philosophy is……

Unfortunately, this site does not have a way to post personal videos, which I, as a video producer, enjoy. (on the nut side)
I have always enjoyed this site for its depth of information and insight about JC Football. And where BC history comes into play, I like to post what information I can. And sometimes I’ve been shown to be mistaken, and am grateful to be corrected. (At my age) my memory is sometimes more wishful thinking than real history.
However, this site is the only one where a few members blackball others because of an owner of a site, and/or participation with that site, or perhaps, it is my sarcastic (?) but NEVER ugly or hurtful humor that has brought such humorless and mean spirited postings. I believe it’s the first reason, because there are many on this site with humor like mine.
AND yes, I believe, humor and JC Football can coexist, even on this site.
I am not angry or upset…..just puzzled. Although I shouldn’t be, just like in life, one must live with ALL kinds of personalities, even on websites.
One last thing…..Fee or no Fee, I am thankful for this website – and I seek NO refund, as it has been and is worth it.
With that said – If JCKevin asks me to leave, I will, I don’t need to be banned.
