I dont know who asked this sequence of questions

I dont know who asked this sequence of questions

but I applaud them. THANK YOU!
Q. We knew this was a young team at the beginning of the year and some execution fundamental issues that you expected, but did you expect that that would still be a problem 10 weeks in?
KIRK FERENTZ: I would counter that and just tell you that I thought we played pretty good in our opening game of the Big Ten. I thought we played pretty well the next week, too, against a very good football team. It's not like this has just been a dog crap team. You don't want to paint that picture, I'm not buying that. We played good football against Minnesota, we played very good football at Michigan State in very tough circumstances.
And our guys competed in that second half. We were playing to win, and we gave ourselves a chance to win, but you've got to play both halves, and that's to me in a nutshell that's it.

Q. After those first two, Minnesota and Michigan State
KIRK FERENTZ: You were paying attention, right? You're not serious, are you?

Q. Well, you're pointing back to the first two games, but you've lost four in a row. It seems like this team is going backwards.
KIRK FERENTZ: Yeah, it is, because we have not moved the ball the way we had, so I'll let you connect the dots on that one.

Q. Is the offense getting worse?
KIRK FERENTZ: Well, we've lost how many in a row, so what would that suggest? What I'm suggesting is we played pretty well against Minnesota and Michigan State, and we haven't played as well. We've had our chances to win the last couple weeks, but we weren't there. But today the first half we didn't give ourselves a chance. I'll sign on that one. I'll sign on that one.

Pretty bold questioning right there. And he dodged the crux of the issue.

Wow, where do I begin? He is citing the minnesota game? The game where we played a very good half of football, against a lousy team, and then muddled around in the second half? He cites the mich St game, where we got a miracle win because mich St has an offense that is nearly as bad as our own. Jw

That first question was entirely fair, and he chose to dodge it instead, deflecting any bit of criticism.  Truth be told, this team lacks fundamental skills in so many areas, and that, my friends, is coaching, something Ferentz and his staff can't seem to take any responsibility for.

I said that to myself today watching his boy flat out miss his block on one play because he didn't move his feet.  This team is so fundamentally bankrupt it's not even funny.  Whether it's dropping passes, missing blocks, not holding blocks, tackling, covering receivers, etc., they're just a bad team and a poorly coached team.

He tried to act humble and take the blame until reporters put it on him then he bacame defensive! It's all an act to take the pressure off of himself. He in NO way believes this is his fault and how dare some lowly reporter or fan ask him something about his coaching! He is a pompous, arrogant ass! He should be pissed and embarassed that they have lost 4 in a row but you would never know it. Just chomping on the gum, nor reaction whatsoever, unless they get lucky and then he would have cried for all of us!! What a joke!
Just imagine how Fran would have handled this questioning. You wouldnt have even had to ask those questions, he would have pointed them out himself and called out players!!

Great Job Rob however asking people like Ferentz who are so entrenched in their job any type of question that they don't like, they just shrug it off and act as if it was a dumb question.  Instead of maning up and honestly answering a question about his failings he switches it around and acts as if it was a dumb question and beneath him answering it.
Contrary to popular belief no one owes you anything!
