Good for Cody. Hope he does very well there and maybe gets to play some winter ball in Arizona.

Re: Cody Penny-former Heel
Can anyone tell me why Cody didn't have similar success in college? Right now in the Midwest League he is 4-1 with ERA 1.59 and WHIP of.82.

Re: Cody Penny-former Heel
The North Carolina pitching depth is deep. The structure and business model of professional baseball is completely different than competition in college for better or worse.
There can be little doubt that the Tar Heels have some unbelievable talent available for the rotation and the bullpen and some pretty competitive and talented pitchers will sacrifice their individual goals for the chance to have success as a team.
