I've assumed all year that Hobbs would be gone for next season, but that's based on no inside information. I'll still assume that, but wow, the weekend staff would be good again next year with him (assuming Thornton is going to be added to the weekend rotation).

I have too. He's old for a junior (22) and I'm not sure he can pitch much better than he has this year.

Hobbs would be so filthy if he could find a go-to off speed pitch. He is so good even throwing 75% fastballs if had a + secondary pitch he would be much higher than 14th round IMO.

man whats slot for the 14th round not even a 1000 grand,hobbs could be like adam warren come back for your senior year and move up in the draft and finish school as well.
