I hope Andrew Brown's love for UNC is enough to bring him in next year. If we get Brown we might be able to make a huge impact in recruiting in Virginia.

I saw on another site that the #1 Recruit in 2014, DE Da'Shawn Hand will be in Chapel Hill for the ECU game!!!!

He is a special player and I believe he was one of the first players invited to a big all star game so he is getting recognized all over. Does anyone know how athletic he is as far as running and making people miss goes?

A lot of really good players instate in the 2014 class but it looks like a lot of them are favoring teams other then UNC. I hope we can get that changed before they commit elsewhere. Hopefully in 2015 Fedora and company can really make a huge push to keep the top instate guys home. I think the longer Fedora is our coach the better in state and all around recruiting will get.

Most of the things I have read are VIP on carolinablue.com or I would have posted a link.. They are doing a free trial till the end of the year you should sign up then just cancel if you don't want to continue with them. From what I have read and assumed we are trailing for six talented instate guys right now with two of them being long shots to get if the right teams offer. I think we are right in the mix with SC for Berrios and Barbour but we are not clear leaders. To me that is a lot of talented guys from NC and we are not the clear favorite for any of them right now. I'm not saying we can't make up ground but it looks like we need to make up ground. It is still really early and if we can win some games I think we can make up ground with a lot of these guys.

The first step is showing them what they'll be a part of if they come to Carolina, and a white-out against a quality conference opponent is a great way to do that.

We have Snyder on scholarship. He came in as a pretty highly ranked kicker but we haven't seen much from him yet at UNC. I expect him to do well when he gets his chance.
