I really don't see that, as most of the time we get 1 or 2 at the most from N.J. Looks like we have offered OG Eric Smith from Georgia. I guess he is the back up plan if we don't get Crowder. I'm surprised we didn't keep going after Miller but we may have seen the writing on the wail that he was going to Rutgers.

Clemson. Unc didn't go after any other raiders and Davis was not friendly to raider players. There are a lot of bridges that need to be mended in Richmond county.

Reed was at the game yesterday. He wants to come to UNC I think, it's just he has some extra work that needs to be done to come here that is giving him trouble mostly.
Reed is our first priority at DT. I seriously, seriously doubt we are going to get a 4 start DT out of Alabama of all places.

Auburn will get a big name and their players will stay, or go to other SEC schools. We are slow playing Eric Smith big time right now. I think he is a big back up plan at this point and hopefully he stays that way. Trubisky I think is the absolute best quarterback for this system and potentially is the real deal. And, if we end up with North and another solid OL, with the receiving core we have, and have coming in...the FedSpread is going to fast break football for real. Just shore up the defense by one TD a game and we may actually have a shot at some really good things in a few years.

Ohio State has actually only gotten maybe 1 or 2 out of the last 10 players named Mr. Football in Ohio. One of them even went to Wake Forest (QB Ben Mauk). A lot of times the player that wins the award may not have the "right measurables" to fit in to the big ten. Kind of like when Kevin Parks came out of NC a few years ago. That being said, from what I have heard Urban Meyer definitely wanted Trubisky to come to OSU and I am excited to eventually see him play at UNC. I am hoping that other big time players in northeast Ohio will continue to consider UNC.
