Something That Worries Me About The 2014 Schedule
This upcoming season we play 6 coastal teams and 2 atlantic teams which are Boston College and State. Please don't tell me we will give up our home game against Florida State in 2014 so we can travel to Boston College? If that happens we will sorta be replacing a home game with Florida State for a home game with Pitt which would really suck.

UNC won't play BC in 2014, but they will play another Atlantic Division team on the road, since the NC State game will be at home. It will probably be FSU, Syracuse, or Louisville, since UNC played at Wake in 2012 and at Clemson in 2011. The rotating opponent from the Atlantic Division will always change each year, which means the other half of the "home-and-home" with BC will take place in 2019, more than likely.

We should have a complete team at that point and should be ready for anybody. What I mean by complete is players in Fed's system for their 2nd or 3rd year.

Heck, not only can I not keep track of our division, I'm not even sure what conference we're in any more, the Big Colonial Commonwealth Atlantic Mountain East, I think. Who are these people?

What worries me is what to pick for the allday tailgate at south carolina to kick off the CAROLINA FOOTBALL SEASON!! Thinking some good old bbq NC style of course not that mustard based crap.

I worry about the 2015 schedule more than the 2014 schedule. In 2014, we'll have State, VT, and GT in BKS which are three good contests. We can actually get away with having a crappy OOC schedule to complement those contests. But like 2013, the home schedule in 2015 is going to blow (Miami, UVa, dook + Atlantic opponent) UNLESS we get Clemson or FSU as the Atlantic rotating opponent and/or Notre Dame in BKS.
That would be pretty nice if we got Clemson AND Notre Dame at home that season.
I worry about the impending end of the sun as well.

Maybe it's just me, but I would prefer BC over FSU. My goal is to win the Coastal division and play for the ACC championship. The road would be easier with anyone other than FSU.

Nobody loves BBQ more than rev, but Cola will be hotter than 40 hells in August, so I'll be eating light down yonder. I might fast and pray instead. Maybe grilled chicken...

I am speaking from a ticket sales standpoint. And it's not like we can avoid FSU. We have to play everyone in the Atlantic eventually once every six years. Might as well play Clemson or FSU in a year when the rest of our schedule sucks and save BC, Wake or Syracuse to go along with the schedules with Ohio State e.g..

At least it's only the year after. Basketball folks seem more interested in 2015 recruiting than they are in the current team. Always looking ahead; wait 'til next year wishin' and hopin'.
