with gilmores tutelage.....which is an upgrade from adams from a coaching standpoint (lets reserve judgement on recruiting)....i look for tim jackson to take off with his potential inside....our d-line WILL NOT be a weakness this year....my prediction

I thought the secondary was the weakest link last year...

No, just the defense.

The DL was the single most disappointing unit last year. Hands down. Not enough pass pressure without bringing Reddick and ate up by too many ground attacks, including dook.

This is true and it made the secondary look worse with the opposing QB having time to find the open man over and over again!!!!

In a perfect world a below average DL gets picked up by a good secondary, or vice versa. In our world last year neither played well enough to help the other and boht needed scheme adjustments to cover weaknesses.

Gilmore is legit. Looking forward to having him coach up our kids.

I hope Webb is ready. I see him contributing right away.

Anyone know how Alberts is progressing? Is he good enough to get on the field some next year?

I also think Junior Gnonkonde is going to be a surprise next year. Dude came into college in tremendous shape and had a year to get even bigger and better shape. Hope he does not disappoint.

I am truly glad he hit the ground running. We can make up some ground on those 2014 DL recruits.
