We should be aiming quite a bit higher than saying that as long as we are not losing battles against State everything is gravy. That is a terribly, terribly, low standard.

We need to aim to not lose as many as possible top recruits in NC and the surrounding states to the SEC power houses. That is where our concerns need to lie if we want to be a consistent contender in the football scene.

His dad has been here and met with the coaches many times already. I wouldn't read too much into it, probably knew Marquez would be out with his friends and other recruits.

Well, he just tweeted not long ago he had a great weekend at Chapel Hill this weekend. Whether or not that ends up in sealing his commitment or not, it is a good thing to see him post.

I hope he does come here because we sure could use him. And, having a close friend on the team for him to hang with will give him that extra comfort factor that can go a long way when things get rough with all the training and practice, and balancing school work, life...etc.
