I heard from a friend of a friend that TOB was seen in CDG on numerous occasions in July during the years between 1999 and 2005. Where there's smoke..

I never saw players get bigger, faster, than the agdog players during Chuck "hack with a rack" Amatos tenure. I don't doubt TOBy's kids were juicing but probably not as much as Amato's.
