what are E.Highsmith's chances of getting picked up by an NFL team - late round or FA route?

Watching him the last four years, one thing I noticed: I never saw separation speed when running routes or after making catches. I dunno what he runs, but game speed may hurt him in his pursuit of playing on the next level.

Good size, but not good separation. There's a place for him in the league, but it is unlikely he develops into a star. At the very least, he's a training camp player who can impress and find his way onto a 53-man roster via special teams.

So, Canada is where he could go to play during actual games?
