State - "Butt-Naked Last in ACC Recruit Rankings Careful folks, Cow College just picked up a 2 star and a UR. But the 2 star had 15 offers CrackRide said. NShe State might be the biggest of those 15 so what does that tell you. Also they want to flip the 4 star LB signed with ECU bad.
