Wonder if this will prompt an NCAA investigation?
Johnny Football drinking some Dom Perignon in the club wearing a Burberry scarf. www.tmz.com/2013/01/06/johnny-...hampagne-photo/On the surface how is this any different from Marvin's night out in Miami? I am sure he paid for it all himself. Wonder what the NCAA thinks.

I see nor smell any smoke; therefore, there is no NCAA fire! Quite possibly, and a long shot at best, the club's alcohol license could be at jeopardy for violating the "21 & over" age requirement for entering the establishment while serving alcohol.

I would think being allowed into a bar that had a 21 and up rule would be considered receiving a special benefit since he is not 21 and others who werent 21 were not allowed in the bar.

If that were the case, I'm pretty sure every school would be unable to field a team due to NCAA violations. If y'all could only see some of the things I've seen at schools.

This was already brought up after he had courtside seats at a Mavs game. His family is just Loaded and he likes to blow his money. Then again how many dad's aren't going to give their heisman winning son what they want.
