Re: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
Mel is just saying he is the tallest midget in the room. No offense to any little people on the board but looking at this class of QB's I don't know how any team can justify taking any of them in the first round.

Re: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
Why do we even care? I long for the days on this board when that school was never mentioned. The only way to legitimize anything is to talk about it. We have 3 high round players for the NFL draft. We have other D one schools to talk about yet we choose that school. We all complain about WRAL the N&O yet we talk about that school. Can't we all agree to dismiss them and never give any acknowledgement to that school? So that QB goes high in a pitiful draft for that position why even acknowledge it?
Do you know that the top athlete on yahoo search last year is also on list of the ten most hated athletes? People hate him yet can't help making him even more relevant. One Tiger Woods. It is the same thing with that school any mention of them just makes them relevant.
Why do we care so much? We make fun of the number of post and pages on that web site yet we at times have more post related to them. That school has won nothing in years!!!!!! They are an after thought everywhere but here

RE: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
MKJ said this about Glennon the day of the Belk Bowl.
Also said Gio would be the first back taken, with comparisons to LeSean McCoy as a versital every down back.

Re: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
You're the only one talking about that school in particular, if you go back and read what everyone stated ahead of you. We're all talking about how weak the QB class is overall nothing directly bashing State at all jrobe. My post would have been the same to this topic of the title was Barkley #1 QB in draft. Seems like you just needed to get something off your chest more than anything. --------------------------------------------- --- jrobe wrote:

No offense to the little people, but the way you designed bathrooms on cruise ships isn't funny. Just sayin'...

RE: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
Glennon is tall and can make all the throws. He could be good in the NFL.
And as much as I don't like Colin Cowherd, he does say one thing that I think is true. It's that the bigger/thicker athletes having a huge advantage in pros. Glennon will have to overcome that somehow. His body frame doesn't look like one that would hold up in the league.

RE: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
It will be interesting to see how he does in the Senior Bowl when he plays with receivers who can actually catch the ball.

I hope the Bengals draft him. With that helmet he would look even more like a giraffe.

Re: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
If he is going to make it in the NFL he is going to have to be able to make throws when he is under presure. He can not make a decent throw when pressuered as of now. I think he hates to get hit and will never pan out. Great arm, as long as no defender is near him! Terrible arm when someone is in his face. He'l never get over this IMO.
Big wuss!

Re: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
He may not be #1 and this class may not be outstanding, but I think he's pretty good. He's got a strong arm, can make all the throws, and plays with lots of poise. Of course, he's going to need to fall into the right situation to be successful.

I think having a bigger head and thicker skull has helped Cowherd survive in broadcasting.

RE: Kiper rates Glennon #1 QB
Does it really matter what Kiper rates anyone at? He is a proven moron. Glennon has the QB build and arm. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go in the second round maybe first if a team falls in love with him.

"Whose worse Romo or Glennon, geez?"
That's like asking who is worse: Matt Moore or Jimmy Clausen?
You're damned either way.

You realize R. Wilson is having one of the best rookie seasons of all time, right? And this is his first year possible winning a championship? Also, keep the homophobia off these forums.

I don't mind being called a wolp packer or an aggie, but combining the two to form "faggies" isn't cute or funny. It has no place on a sports message board.

If I'm the Redskins, I am trying to trade Curt Cousins for the first pick in the draft. I dont know what needs the Redskins have but Cousins should have some serious value right now.

Call the PCPD - they'll have some cheese to go with your whine.
Perhaps you missed the memo about the Wolpfack press release and the Aggies billboard? Lighten up, Alice.
