Well Wishes Going Forward in Playoffs

Congratulations 49er fans - I've been a Packer fan for a long time and I can't recall being on the receiving end of such a one-sided thrashing.  That was an impressive display of how football should be played on both sides of the ball!  I'll be rooting for you going forward and hope you bring home the Lombardi...

Wanted to share my well-wishes, too. Your boys played one heck of a game. Incredible performance by CK. Seems like a genuinely good guy, too.

Good luck.

Thank you. Going into this game, I thought you guys would be the toughest test to make it to  the SB. I know you guys will be dangerous again next season. We will be seeing each other again in San Francisco next season, and I 'll say right now that the game could go either way. Congrats on a good season with another division win.

My two favorite teams are the 49ers and whoever is playing Seattle.

Congrats 9er fans on a good win. Always like to see the 49ers be the NFC West representative in the playoffs. Brings back the memories of all the clashes in the 90's. Not a big fan of Kaepernick's attitude on the field, he's young and has alot to learn about being the face of a historical organization like the 49ers... but the kid has a bright future with Jim Harbaugh pulling the strings. JH is truly ahead of the ballgame when it comes to scheme gameplan and timely playcalling. And I don't just say that because of the gameplan last night. Every 9er game I watch seems to have a different offensive gameplan unique to the opponent(we are used to the opposite under Mike McCarthy). I'll admit last season vs New Orleans was one of the most intense non-Packer football experiences of my life. Truly unbelievable atmosphere at the 'stick.

As for the actual game, I have to believe those "scrambles" by Kaepernick were more or less clear-out draw plays, and practiced all week. You were consistently coming out in the spread on 3rd down, sending all the receivers vertically against our man coverage, and basically setting the play up to have Kaepernick take off. It felt like it was all by-design clear out plays, and to the untrained eye could appear to just be a "coverage scramble". It was sheer coaching brilliance by Harbaugh and I applaud his ability to completely outsmart the soon-to-be-canned Dom Capers.

Go win the Lombardi and keep the NFC dominance going. I'll be rooting for you in New Orleans. See ya next season, hopefully we will have learned how to coach defense by then..

Good game, Green Bay deserves a lot of credit!

The road to the Superbowl goes through Green Bay during the Aaron Rodgers era.  NYG, New Orleans & Arizona all went through Green Bay to reach the Superbowl.  Green Bay did win the Championship during this era as well, they didn't defeat themselves that particular year!

Next year, perhaps the path remains the same!  See you guys in the playoffs next season.
No play is too big for Colin Kaepernick!!!
