I like Mariucci, I'd like to see him get another shot, if he's interested. The Chargers don't really have the talent base they did about five years ago, but Phillip Rivers still has the talent to be elite or close to it, IMO, if he could get the guidance to help him avoid the turnovers that have plagued him the past two seasons. Mariucci did a nice job of working with Brett Favre and Jeff Garcia, so Rivers might benefit from Mariucci.

king reported it as mooch wants the job and he'll take it if they offer it to him. would be interesting to see how he handles a franchise that has been the league's biggest underachiever for about 6-8 years.

Norv Turner owes his Chargers salary to Alex Smith. He hasnt done anything past the regular season with so much potential. He coached him up and left. Too bad for Philip Rivers. Wasted his prime.

really don't think he would bring more than turner. if i was hiring a coach i would look at bruce arians with the colts,he has been impressive

I love Mooch, I hope he does get back into coaching. I'd also really like to see Gruden come back, and some network putting Favre on tv.
