O/T: KC linebacker Jovan Belcher 

LB-Belcher shot his girlfriend at their home then drove to Arrowhead and takes his own life right in front of GM Pioili and coach Romeo Crennel after thanking them for giving him a chance to play in the NFL.  WOW...So sad.

How terrible...shooting his girlfriend to death in front of her mother and his own 3 month old child...sickening. Sad for the GF, her child and her family.

I also wondered that myself, I don't how the team could possibly be prepared mentally especially the GM and HC.

The game will be played as scheduled. The players and coaches said they wanted to do it. NFL and the NFLPA had discussions.
