What's irritating me is other than the first game they've played closer to a 2-6 team than a 6-2 team. KC, NE, Dallas, and some would even say Cleveland have outplayed them overall and yet those teams have somehow found a way to trip o er their own packers and blow it

Agreed.

They have lucked out several times this year.  Some with the benefit of penalites, others with the benefit of playing ****** teams.

Eventually it will catch up with them.  Hopefully in 3 of their games coming up (Steelers, Chargers, Steelers)...

LOL! Hilarious. Sounds to me like nothing more than you clowns being pissed that despite the injuries and such; the Steelers are still looking up at the Ravens. And guess what? They will STILL be looking up to the Ravens after this Sunday. Ravens lucky? Bwhahahahahahaha! I guess the Ravens are as lucky as the Steelers or do the Eagles and Bengals ring a bell? You all are hilarious!

Yeah, I'd say it was pretty lucky that a ******** penalty was called against the Cheifs as they scored to go up 10-9 agains the Ravens, in a game the Ravens won 9-6.

Then again, I actually watched the game and say how awful the Ravens were....

Dan Bailey missing a FG after Dallas bumbled their way into making it a longer FG so the Ravens could win? Dez Bryant dropping an easy ball in the endzone? Lucky.

Laugh all you want, one thing I know for sure is the Ravens won't win the Superbowl this year.  Then again, this is nothing new.

Re: Ngata notta getting better

From Bill Simmons:

Keep in mind, the Ravens blew out the Bengals by 31 points in Week 1. So if you're looking at things like the Ravens' DVOA (12th overall), time of possession (26:47 for them, 33:13 for opponents), quarterback play (Flacco's 85.0 QB rating barely edges the 76.8 rating from their opponents even though they've had six games against Dalton, Vick, Romo, Cassel and a Double Weeden), total rushing (they've been outgained by 250 yards), sacks (they're minus-6), first downs (minus-34), penalties (minus-9), total plays (minus-89) and yards per play (5.6 for Baltimore, 5.3 for their opponents), those numbers include that phenomenal Week 1 game. They haven't played a good game since. They really haven't. Football Outsiders guru Aaron Schatz tells us that, since Week 2, Baltimore ranks 17th in DVOA. It's a middle-of-the-pack team.

RE: Ngata notta getting better

I have no fear of the Ravens, sorry.
What's really funny though is now they've gone to a more wide-open "down the field offense" and we've gone to a power-running game.
Combined with their defensive issues, that's not a team built for December and the playoffs.

Critical anlaysis of the Pittsburgh Steelers will be met with fierce resistance. Be warned.

LMFAO! You are going off of a "prognostication" from a football link?? Really? LMAO! I guess you also take "power rankings" as gospel truth to indicate how good or bad a football team really is. Wow!
