It's Official: Eagles announce Reid out as head coach

The Eagles on Monday announced that Andy Reid will not return next season as head coach. A press conference will be held at noon and be carried live on CSNPhilly.com
(right here, starting at 11:30 a.m.) and Comcast SportsNet.
"Andy Reid won the most games of any head coach in Eagles history and he is someone I respect greatly and will remain friends with for many years to come,” owner Jeffrey Lurie said in a statement released by the team. "But, it is time for the Eagles to move in a new direction. Coach Reid leaves us with a winning tradition that we can build upon. And we are very excited about the future.
Reid's tenure ends after 14 seasons
(see story) as head coach, nine playoff appearances, five NFC Championship games and one Super Bowl appearance. He has won more games (140 including playoffs) than any coach in team history.
