Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
Matt did good he allowed that TD because he had him on his fantasy team and need the points .
Maybe he is just pissed that Shane was laughing he makes more then him in one season the Matt did his entire career .
In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way. Franklin D. Roosevelt

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
they need to show up against a Miami team with only 1 above average player, I think Houston knocked down 3 passes intercepted 3 and got 3 sacks... we need to duplicate it... where are they ranked #1 ? GoRaiders2005 wrote: Go Matt Giordano

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
You expect one bad play to change my mind about him when I've been watching him make plays since his days at Cal? And after how well he played last season?
Anybody blaming this loss on Giordano is foolish.

Don't ever question the Great Giordano!! Bandito will have a conniption. Giordano's poor play was Knapp's fault!!! oakryan wrote: gave up the td and missed his blocking assignment on the punt that was blocked

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
I've seen as high as #5 and as low as 17 for defensive rankings week 1. Didn't get the memo about #1. GoRaiders2005 wrote: Go Matt Giordano

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
I thought it was telling that he was obviously pushed on the TD, yet the TV didn't show it. If it was Polamalu they would have beaten it to death that the WR pushed off.
I agree with Bandito. Also, If we were going to bash/get rid of players every time they do something bad, there would be no players left playing

Wow, you are even more clueless than I thought. Pinpointing Giordano as the weak link in this secondary full of scrubs is laughable. Not sure what you and Oakryan have against Matt Giordano, but it's childish. Nobody here has proclaimed he's a great player, but I'd say he's panned out pretty damn well for a scrap heap pickup thus far. Maybe you should pick on Huff, because he's been eating millions of our dollars for years and other than 2010 never made an impact on the team like Giordano did last season for league minimum.

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
Hes better than that prolific hall of famer all you californiaites were hyping like he was the second coming of christ...what was his name...let me remind you Darnell Phucking" Bing Cherry...better than Derrick Gibson, better than Patrick Bates, better than Larry Brown... wanna be pizzed off at somebody how about being pizzed off at that stupid phuck Tommy Kelly jumping offsides on 3rd down twice to give them first downs...how phucking stupid is that??? Knapp still is as appealing as eating down at Rosannes "Y", and well not having someone capable of being a reserve longsnapper is ignorant. This team continues to be undisciplined in year in and year out, until a coach is brought in that is a disciplinarian and takes no shyt i won't expect much change..This new guy Allen looks like he just shyt his diaper...i'm for giving him a couple years though. What happens this weekend? Janikowski misses the ball and kicks Lechler in the side of the head and knocks him out in pre-game ?

Are you out of your phucking mind Bandito ? He lost Floyd in the endzone ( I know this cuz ive watched the play several times, there was no pushing off) He missed the blocked competley on the blocked punt (I know this too since i watched the play several times) Im not blaming the game on his lack of play but all the people in here that think he is good is out of their mind, he's the Stuart Shweigert of his era, he is only on the team because he knows the system and comes cheap still doesnt mean he is any good, Huff can at least cover someone

Re: Where are all the Giordano fans now ?
Giordano makes big plays for this team. All corners and safeties get burned once in awhile, but this guy led our team in INT's last year and helped this team a lot. That being said us Giordano fans are still here "BICKER BACKER FIRECRACKER BISH BOOM BAH GIORDANO GIORDANO RAH RAH RAH" LMAO

I don't see any similarities between Giordano and Stu other than the color of their skin.
