Well I guess this is it for me. I have followed the Raiders since 1982 and have good memories from those days.  We all know the last 7 seasons have been horrendous. Management, coaches, players are all to be blamed.   I always dealt with the losing seasons and hope that the next year things would be better.   Today, something just clicked and I feel that I can no longer support this organization. There is a point were you just need to say enough is enough and I am parting ways. I think the NFL and players association need to realize that is a mistake not to have a rookie salary cap. Guys like Jamarcus should NOT be earning that type of income without proving anything in the NFL.

All we want is for the Raiders to win and some good conversation about the team.......There are so many fair weather fans on here it is sickening...of course Cactus is the main one......
