Report: Raiders interviewing Trestman for OC 

The Raiders are reportedly interviewing Montreal Alouettes coach Marc Trestman for their offensive coordinator vacancy on Sunday.

Interesting. The interview is proof that Trestman has designs on an NFL return even if he doesn't get the Bears' head-coaching job. He joins ex-Rams coach Mike Martz and senior offensive assistant Al Saunders as candidates to run the Raiders offense. Per coachingsearch.com, the Raiders are also interviewing Jaguars assistant head coach/QBs Greg Olsen for the position.

If memory serves Trestman was with us before and didn't do to bad (again, memory - I did not research this comment).  Given the issues that the Jags have had at QB, not sure that is the answer here - especially if Greg Olson is the one being brought in. noidea

I think Trestman was our QB coach? Martz, power blocking and Pryor would be a shlt load of fun! Still love the idea of Saunders. Olsen? Don't know anything about him.

It looks like Trestman was our QB coach but was promoted to OC. Having a QB like Gannon didn't hurt his stats but we don't have a Gannon on the roster so i'm not sure if he'd come off looking as good today? 
The bottom line, we don't have knapp anymore!!! biggrin

1 hc'ing job while at the same time he's interviewing for oc jobs as well. One of which is with the Raiders. It's in the link.
