Conf Call to discuss new forum and next steps?????
To all...
I have the ability to use a tool free bridge and share anyone's desktops... its unlimited so I am pretty sure most would get access....
if you all want I can setup a time and everyone could dial into a toll free number and 1) work throught the issues with the new forum or 2) decide on a course of action.

Steve aka SOJ Steve I'm no web guru by any means, however, I have two severs of my own and would be more than happy to set up a new home for us on one of those; free of charge for ever as long as it keeps this community as this community Setting up a fan forum is actually fairly simple as long as you are happy to NOT have tons of adverts getting in the way

My first choice is to migrate to the new board (if it works out) but if that looks like a disaster, I am on board for your idea Shanghai.

Just sit tight until the new page is up and running. The coders have 32 of them just for the NFL alone, and literally hundreds if not a couple thousand for the other sports. There is no bandwidth allotted to beta pages to begin with, so it would be very slow until the conversion is final. Plus, they are changing the code daily, so it looks and acts differently every time I check it. Patience grasshoppers, patience.

Hey, Hobs they are posting the following on other boards: According to Twitter, Scout is pulling back the new boards and going to the old one, citing "subscriber outrage".
They do, however, say the migration will occur in the future. Let's hope they come up with something better next time. Hopefully this is real and not wishful thinking.
