Charles Woodson anyone?
He never seems to play that well against us. That aside, could it hurt? Can we afford him?

He can cover nickle and play safety. He seemed recovered from the collarbone and before he broke it, he looked great last year. He was a cap cut, not a performance cut. I expect he will sign somewhere, but he might get more than we can afford.

Re: Charles Woodson anyone?
Time the team started thinking long-term with the secondary. It needs another young, fast, and hungry (for success) CB or two moving forward and Woodson's the opposite of that, for sure in the youth and speed department. And he'd cost too much to sign. Pass.

I think Byrd is a more likely player for the Giants. After playing for PF is a reunion likely?

Re: Charles Woodson anyone?
Will Woodson demand that much money? I don't see teams paying him too much as he is quite old in not only CB age, but in NFL age as well

Re: Charles Woodson anyone?
The Giants need to get younger and faster. Woodson simply does not fit the bill. He can no longer cover WRs. You could use him to cover TEs but the Giants already have guys who can do that (Jacquan Williams, Rolle & Phillips)
