Osi Interview....
Oh NOW he talks a softer view but still has that "underpaid" tone at the same time.

RE: Osi Interview....
Think we will prob get a 6th or a 7th rounder comp. pick. This being the difference for losing MM, and the signing of Marty B.

RE: Osi Interview....
Osi still crying about being underpaid? Well this offseason, he will greatly overvalue his worth. Teams know he's just a pass rusher. Nobody will pay him to be a starting DE is he can't defend the run. Its gonna be interesting to see where he lands and for how much.

RE: Osi Interview....
Osi also at his age has to prove he can stay healthy for 16 games...he is asking an awful lot for an aging star who this time last year was getting a rep as a bellyacher....Like The Shade above alluded to, he was killed on the run...pull a draw play or any delay he is beaten every time to his side...PURE SPEED RUSHER...NOT AN EVERY DOWN DE....

RE: Osi Interview....
I can't figure out what team would want him. I saw him getting beat on every running play. He is too slow, too small.

That's what the Redskins did in their second game against the Giants, and Osi bit at it every time.

RE: Osi Interview....
Osi doesn't realize that he benefited from having a stud on the other side as well...Stray and Tuck...He was aided by other guys getting doubled. I am not taking anything away from Osi, he is a very good speed rusher with a knack to get to the ball ans strip it., but he didn't do it alone.... HE might get paid from a team looking for any kind of pass rusher, but he sounds like he doesn't appreciate the benefit of having a great front 4 for almost all of his career...

Re: Osi Interview....
Well......somebody will want Osi that has no pass rush. Maybe somebody tries to use him in an Aldon Smith-like role. But.....his days here seem to be behind him. At least....that's what this fan hopes.
Many thanks to Osi for his many years of service to the Giants. YOu have helped provide us with 2 Super Bowl victories and beat the tar out of McNabb. You also have been a PR headache at times. I appreciate your best days.......hope you still have some better days left in you.....outside of the NFC East.

Re: Osi Interview....
The Falcons will snap Osi up as soon as the FA window opens. He already has a home here, and after how they revived Abraham's career...it's a natural fit.
I for one, would like to see him come back with a true LB corps behind him (and the rest of the line).

Re: Osi Interview....
The Giants held on to Osi for one year too long. They should have traded him away prior to the season, and received a pick and saved cap resources (which could have used on a better player).
I realize that this is easy to say now. The thing is, people were saying this prior to the 2012 season. Reese made a bad decision by holding on to Osi for 2012.

RE: Osi Interview....
I did say they should have tried to get a 2nd and a 5th, or at least try. They could have used the cash for relief and combined picks to move up. What are they going to get now for comensation? a 5th at best.
