So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the Doghouse?
He scores a TD then I think he gets 2 more carries. What did he do or didn't do that causes the Giants coaching staff to not use him?

Wilson did a back flip celebration which resulted in him being bench.

Re: So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the
An old, tired coach. Sticking with his old, tired players. Its sad that coach didnt see that this is a mediocre team that got hot at the right time last year. Instead he chose to believe that that little miracle run they went on last year was the rule and not the exception. This would have been a time to give Wilson a lot of reps and see what he's got for seasons to come. Instead lets leave in an old, tired, beat up player who is completely ineffective. Example 1 of many examples of the entire coaching staff being too stubborn to make in-game adjustments. Instead being pig-headed and sticking to their game plan when its clearly not working. I'm a little bitter right now. Forgive me.

RE: So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the Doghouse
I am not going to get all over Wislon. It sure isn't pass blocking as Bradshaw was very bad himself. Wilson needed reps this year and he did not get them. Consequently he has to catch up even more next year. The entire mentality of not playing rookies just agravates me. If a guy is a pass rusher let him do that. If a guy can't handle a playbook and reads simplify matters ex. Barden, why is he never in when a tall guy is needed for a fade in the end zone? You can't teach size, remember the dancing elephant theory of George Young? This team needs size on the lines and speed in the defensive side of the ball. It is time for changes, this team is stale and lacks hunger. The coaching does not make adjustments and lacks the ability to see just how predictable they are. Enough coddling the son in law too, Snee has been horrible for the last 2 years while still making 8 mil per when the team is cash strapped.Sorry if I am ranting,

When the ***** blows out a knee or gets a concussion for landing on his head you guys will complain about why didn't TC stop him? How do you know that is why he was benched? Maybe Barden doesn't play because he is blocking when he should be catching and vise versa. Time for him to go.

Yeah, I think this about sums it up. We def need retooling. The scary thing is.......I think we need coaching retooling as well.......and I don't think that is going to happen. It will be very interesting to we how we approach things next year. I think we need to approach our offense in a similar way to how the patriots approach it. That should be more of our model......IMO. We need to not only employ wr's, but also the TE and RB in the passing game. This regime is not really there.

Snee and Gilbride never have to worry about job security as long as TC is here. That much is certain.

He is the guy that always says that for every player they have a price in mind. Is Snee worth 8 mil a year right now? No way in Hades that is possible. I don't know his cap figure for next year, but it is hard for me to believe that he will stick around unless he is a huge chunk outta the cap we can't replace. It seems hard to believe a lot of the larger salary guys can stick around after this weak finish.

Re: So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the
I honestly don't think Wilson's snap count makes any difference. He could have been in on every play and we still would have gotten torched. We just plain sucked and have been that way for much of the season.

RE: So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the Doghouse
he didnt do anything except have TC as his coach...and in TC's defense ( I cant believe i said that) if the veterens he sticks with perform he is a hero, but when change is needed he is as slow to make it , too slow, thats a problem.

RE: So what did David Wilson do this time to get in the Doghouse
56 carries in 15 games, its obvious that they have him on a pitch count (sarcasm off). Next year he maybe able to get 10+ carries per gm.
