Alright, the team has gotten it's reality check............

Alright, the team has gotten it's reality check............

If we were going to lose one, it's better that we lost to the Saints, rather than ANY of the next four conference games, including two divsion games.

I don't think ANY team except Denver could have gone to New Orleans and beat them last night, but take away our turnovers and drops, and we would still have had a chance.

We need to regroup and come out with a strong win against Baltimore this week to set the stage for two tough division games.

Buffalo will be tougher than most think, then we get the showdown with the Pats, which could mean a fight for first place.

The Pats get lucky as usual and play the Saints at home, two weeks before we visit.

If we play the way we did in the first three games, we can sweep the next four, or at least repeat another 3-1 stretch.

Thank you! What a breath of fresh air to come in after a big lopsided loss and someone have a grasp of what really happened last night. We were beat by an amazing team that we simply matched up poorly against.

I fully expect us to come out and stomp a mud hole in Baltimore this upcoming week.

I'm glad to see people are positive here today except me. In order to make any push at the playoffs we need to be that "amazing team". We are far, far, from that. I hate to say it but the PATs will again take the division and again we will be here blaming our coaches and the biggest culprit Ireland at the end of the season.

My expectations of this team at the beginning of the year was to have a winning record and the best scenario would be to make the playoffs.

Looking at it by quarter the Dolphins in the 1st quarter could have gone 1-3 with the only win against the Browns but they were 3-1. Last night was a disaster but we will see if the Dolphins can bounce back and have a successful 2nd quarter like they did the 1st quarter of games.

Ravens
Bills
Patriots
Bengals

The Dolphins could lose 3 of 4 for the 2nd quarter but if the Dolphins can go 2-2 or 3-1 that would be great! The 3rd and 4th quarter of the season get easier for the Dolphins. Remember the Arizona Cardinals went 4-0 last year and never won another game.

We're not the only team in the league that has been humiliated this season and who really expected us to be 3-1 a quarter way through.

My concerns now are our own division opponents. We have six games still to play against them and we just can't expect to sweep any one of them. The Pats are the Pats; the Bills are good and the Jets are better than expected this year.

Exactly. If we take care of business in our own division we will be just fine. Have to at least split against NE. I think we can sweep the Jets. The Bills at the Ralph are tough so a split with them is likely. They pretty well bomb on the road. 4-2 in the division? That will go a long way to helping this team make the playoffs.
