First, look at last years and the year before 2nd round picks selections (all teams, not just Phins)? We need to start realizing that there is a good chance we hit on one of our seconds and miss on the other. All the guys you want to trade are good or very good players with an average chance that the pick we get for them deosn't turn into what we expect.

Clemons is a FA, Trade Dansby and there's another big hole to fill. Doubt anyone will want to give up picks and give Long the money he's looking for. Odrick is a decent all around player and could play DE or DT in a 4-3 or 3-4

Dansby, Long, Starks even Jerry (Started 16) are proven players, a 2nd is a gamble.
Dansby will be a 34 MLB in 2 years, coming off an UP season.

* A 1&3 for Jake....from PITT
* A 2nd for Dansby/Jerry
* Allowing a Draft, depending on who falls that looks something like this:

1- Mingo
1- Ansah
2- Ertz
2- Aboushi OT
2- Patton WR

Id favor a pressure DE/ with a pressure OLB behind him (move Misi inside) add a Mauti in the 4th for inside depth, be a very sik front 7, Free up a ton of Cap, u could sign an Amoudushi for Marshall $$ (after his down year in Philly, a Bowe/ Williams combo) & have the youngest team in the NFL

If you can get a 1st and 3rd for Jake Long with his injury history as well as down year i will be amazed and would take that in a heartbeat.. Realistically we may get a conditional 2nd round pick if we traded Jake Long.

I do agree with you on Dansby though, We are not a contending roster right now and the picks as well as capspace are far more valuable to us then a 32 year old MLB. If we can get a 3rd and 6th rounder for him i will be satisfied.. However considering that Burnett has played ILB before i may be inclined to moving him to the middle this season after the year he  had.

Weren't we won of the youngest teams in the NFL? At some point you need a couple veterans to show the way. Dansby is the foundation of our defense - it's more than just a roster spot to fill.
