Poor Tony

Its seems Tony once again has yet to fired before his team is publicy searching for his replacement. Rex wants Norv Turner, I wonder if he will get the same heat Ross and Ireland got for talking to another coach while you still have one under contract.

He'll probably never be more than a position coach the rest of his career.

Hard to feel sorry for a guy who is making millions, even if the Jets let him go he should be set for life with the money he made from the Dolphins...

I don't know how Rex survived? He hand picked Sparano, he is the one with the man crush on Sanchez. That crumbled because of Rex Ryan not sure how he survived.

Sparano was never supposed to be anything over an offensive line coach, Lucky for him Parcells placed him in that position as Head Coach..

Its apparent that watching him as offensive coordinator he ripped his plays straight out the Henning playbook with a sprinkle of the David Lee wildcat plays with no new innovation or creativeness.. The guy is a coaching dinosaur as are all the parcells protege's, nothing innovative there at all for today's NFL.

Tony Sparano, who worked as Dolphins coach for four seasons before serving as offensive coordinator of the Jets in 2012, has been hired to serve as assistant head coach/offensive line for the Oakland Raiders, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Got to say he has landed some nice jobs, good for Tony. Assistant HC both places.

I think I can name 25 of the 32 head coaches in the league...the raiders aren't one of them.

One of my favorite moments watching the Jets play last year was watching Sparano sitting on the sideline bench with Sanchez on one side and Tebow on the other staring at sheets of paper.

Three blind mice.

Wanny lol I agree, and he was chewing that gum like it was a cows cudd and had that slack jawed Duuuuh look to him.  Nice guy, not a good coach.  Oakland?  The place coaches go to pass on ... lol.
