Got plans for some New Orleans food this weekend!!! 

Although I will be cooking on Sunday instead of Monday night! Our menu includes Crab & Corn Bisque, Fried Shrimp with New Orleans style tartar sauce and Hushpuppies!

Also considered BBQ Shrimp like Paschal Manale's!

BTW, we served the BBQ shrimp at the restaurant several times, the sauce is amazing for dipping with a crusty baguette. We used Royal Reds for the shrimp.

Here ya go!

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. Sweet relish
1 Tbsp. Dill Relish
1 Tbsp. chopped capers
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed, optional
dash of tabasco

I won't use the dill weed for Rick as he prefers the sweeter tasting tartar.
