How much should you tip Pizza guys?
I honestly have no idea and couldn't think of a better place to ask.

I usually just round up to 20 or 25 depending on how much I ordered unless that amount is less than 10%. Sometimes I give too much, sometimes too little...

Been a while since I had one delivered but I normally went with 20% (or $5 whichever was higher). Figured I could at least buy the kid a gallon or two of gas. |

That's about what I figured. But I noticed that Dominos charges a $2 delivery fee. My guess is they see none of that. I am also guessing they are paid like a waiter. Do they get to expense mileage?

Kareem - I thought you were going to say a couple tokes...
We never have pizza delivered anymore...cant even remember the last time that happened...there's multiple pizza places on every corner even in a town of 28,016...

I'd go with Papa John's from that list, but I haven't had the new Dominos pie yet (and probably won't). I'm a big fan of NY style...plain cheese or peperoni so I normally go with Johnny's or Sbarro (no delivery)
Friend of mine owns a Papa Murphy's franchise.....think it's more of a Subway type deal...make your own pie (pick your toppings as you slide down the bar) and eat it there or take it home and refrigerate.

I tried a Domonos Brooklyn style pizza as they call it and it was surprisingly good for dominos. They have come a long way. I had a few people over and we had to order one and complimented it. If I wennt to pick up a pizza though I wouldn't eat any of those places.

I use to love going to the Pizza Hut with my parents when we lived in Clemson. The Pepsi was always so good in those thick red glasses and the pizza just seemed better eating it in the restaurant. Man, to be 12 and living in Clemson again. Have some Pizza Hut and then head to the Astro III for a movie.

I used to like the pizza hut thin and crispy, double pepperoni..but now, just like all the others, they have gone to a sweeter sauce..can't stand it when folks put sugar in pizza, spaghetti, vegetables, or anything that aint tea or dessert.

Agree and noticed it myself. It must be cheaper to make somehow. Why would they do it? If your going to eat crap pizza might as well get it cheap, Little Caesars. XD
We've got a few decent pizza places that deliver around here though.
Funny question, anyone ever ask the delivery guy to pick up other stuff? We've got the pizza delivery guy to pick up beer for us twice. The got good tips. lmao
