GCU Lopes 14-15 Men's Basketball Schedule released

Arguably the best non-conference schedule in the state of Arizona and the WAC

I can't wait for the season to start! Go Lopes, way to kick it up a notch for the non-conference schedule!

Can't wait to go again!  We attended the game this year and it was packed an hour before the game started!  For sure, the best atmosphere in the WAC for men's college basketball and perhaps in the country!

4 great non-con games in UK,IU, Harvard and UNM (the rest....eh) but for a transition team I completely agree that Is a great (and for the most part winnable) schedule, hopefully the atmosphere is as great as everyone says it was last year! good luck!

Why isn't NAIA level Great Falls listed as an exhibition game?

you can play against one non-DI team a year, its especially common in the upper Midwest where the D2s are not as far off from their DI counterparts as one might think

I don't see anything wrong with that schedule, transition team or not.

Very impressed on the amount of home games on the schedule. I don't know much about this year's team; however, if it is anything like last year's then GCU should have a pretty good record coming into conference play.

With the teams they have coming in to play GCU and their arena expanded to over 7,000, they might be able to out draw NMSU and lead the WAC in attendance next season.

The GCU-UK game is also going to be on the SEC Network.

Will Kentucky and Indiana be coming to GCU next year?

Those are likely money games. Getting New Mexico and Harvard is one thing, bringing in blue bloods is almost impossible.

No no these are not home and home. It's just uk and ui throwing Majerle a bone. Majerle and Crean went to Central Michigan together and Majerle, Colangelo, and Coach Cal are tight from USA Basketball.
