I find it a bit surprising u have the Cats @ Purdue as the 2nd-best matchup of Week 13

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be a stretch to picture one if not both teams having 7 losses by then :(

Then again, if either is fighting for bowl eligibility it could be competitive as hell

Of course, in a perfect world, NU will have secured the West championship by then :P

But I digress
- all homerism aside (which somehow and conveniently designates every Wildcat game #1), I'd offer that the Minny @ Nebraska game might be better on paper
NORTHWESTERN WILDCATS
Top-14 finish in the conference each year
Stellar 2-9 bowl record

How is OSU against an unranked team ahead of a matchup of two top ten teams?

Good question.  It's easily third.  Two top ranked teams in Oregon and MSU, and the final ND-Michigan game.  Not sure which to put first, but definitely not OSU- Va Tech.

Yeah, missed that one too, don't really get that.  Michigan-Maryland for sure looks better that week, and probably PSU-Illinois as well.

I think UNL/MN might be the second best game as it may mean something in the race for the division. But really picking between these games is really splitting hairs, none of them jump off the page.

Yeah missed that one.  That one seems obviously better than Purdue-Northwestern.

I like all three, but basically competitiveness.  I think tOSU is a tad overrated this year so that game could/should be competitive.  Meanwhile I have trouble seeing either MSU or M winning at Oregon/ND.

Again, competitiveness.  Obviously I could we WAY wrong, but I just don't see Maryland being competitive in the Big House nor Minnesota being competitive in Lincoln.  Northwestern @ Purdue seems to me to be a more likely competitive game.  Just a hunch, could be wrong.  Note that my top three games that week are the only ones where I think the better team will be on the road (UW@IA, NU@PU, PSU@ILL).

I take home-field pretty seriously so I feel there is a much greater chance of an upset when the better team travels.
