Carl Davis is going to be a monster this year. Especially with his buddy LTP doing the dirty work beside him.

I expect Valentine and/or Collins to get some consideration for the post-season poll.

Henry might be the youngest here (sophomore) but the field too good for it to be him anyway. Having said that, he showed me a really powerful burst in his first opportunity last year. Just strength. He isn't easily compared to Mike Martin, Alan Branch or Gabe Watson (in part because they are all so different too), but his power is on their level. He can get into the backfield by going through a lineman, not around him. Before he's done at Michigan, he'll be on his share of lists.

the young Huskers seemed to be coming on late in the season and more so in Spring practice, but its got to be proven on the field

Blackshirt DTs have been the glaring weakness since moving to the Big Ten and the exit of Suh and Crick

yes, I have hope and my fingers crossed

I gotta say, for all of the places the Big Ten is weak positionally.  I would put a DL of Gregory-Bennett-Davis-Calhoun up against any conference's 1st team DL.  Linebacker and DB should be another story though.  Honestly, the only other place I like the Big Ten would be offensive guard.

I could pick four Big Ten Guys NOT in that list and put against anyone.

we went from:
"so on and so forth"  J. Tressel   to
"I want an angry team-they are fun to coach"  U. Meyer.
