Just don't match up with these guys. Davis and Young simply dominating. I don't see how this team doesn't crush other teams in the Big West. One of the few who can beat the 49ers.

So what happens when you play other teams? How are you guys only 8-6?? Neck and neck, talent wise, with LBSU. Bad coaching or what? And don't blame it on youth. You have plenty of seniors as well.

I think the fact that we have a dominating shotblocker and a pretty disciplined defense overall makes us a terrible matchup for Fullerton on the defensive side. On the offensive side, since you can't stop us inside, you don't expose our poor shooting when Mike and Chris have gone through various slumps. Against other teams, it hasn't been so easy for us to score inside and then our offense has struggled, especially on the road. Hence, we lost a lot of close road games. The defense has been there (almost all year) but the offense has really stunk at times. We lost at Riverside, Northridge, and Santa Barbara. Only us and UCSB haven't won at least one of those games, and UCSB still has yet to play at CSUN. That's mainly why our record isn't better: 0-3 at UCSB, CSUN, and UCR
