I think it's time to put to rest the "Big Three", "Tres Amigos" and "Tremendous Three" references as only one player has really preformed to -- or beyond -- expectations thus far this season.
Alex Harris is our best defender (by far), best rebounder, best three-point shooter (49%) and leads the team in assist-to-turnover ratio at 3.1 (next closest is at 1.3). He has also stepped up as a team leader while on the floor.
Really can't say enough good things about this player. I knew Harris was good, and Bob Burton always talked him up big-time, but who really thought he was
this good? I mean, he's from Northeastern of the Colonial conference, not a transfer from a high-major. Seems to show that hard work is what pays off, not some rankings by guys who really don't know what they are talking about (ESPN said he was a 2-star).
