Grinder or not, we just are not very talented I am afraid. You just cannot win on this level with 2 good players and the rest, not different than Tucker/Koshwal days. McKinney and Clahar and McGhee and Robertson, who could score in that group, just a bad team.
Freshman and sophomore class are underwhelming today the least...

Where are our fundamentals?! Where is any movement on offense?! Boxing out?! Can Moses Morgan hit a shot?! We are NOT a good basketball team and even if we win this game (unlikely given the way its gone so far) we are going to struggle this year and it is depressing.

nice little 6-0 run to end the half to cut it to 5. this game is being played exactly how WSU wants too. very ugly. need to do something to change it around a bit

The effort has been there and we are playing tough d. We just aren't that good,YET at least. We can still win this game though. Not having Jamie certainly hurts.

No doubt, this is a heavyweight, knock down drag out fight. Hopefully that run spurs a run and we can make a statement.

I know you guys are going to think I'm crazy, but win or lose I have LOVED watching this first half. Great defensive play by both sides, this is why I love college basketball! You don't see this kind of defensive effort in the NBA until game 7 of a playoff series.
Unfortunately I've enjoyed their defense more than ours.
I wish the refs would just let them play though and stop calling all these touch fouls
