Grice

Posted: 01/26/2012 8:11 AM

Grice

This kid sounds like a stud, and Blinn has a perennially good program. Any further word on his recruitment? someone on the USC board brought up that Kiffen "secretly" visited him this week.

Kiffen "secretly" visits every 4 or 5 star he can, as often as he can and with as much sc booster "donated" cash, car keys, hookers and blow that he can stuff into the kids pockets...dude is the ultimate greasy butt weasel IMO.

Would not surprise me a bit to hear lame trying to backdoor this kid for a commit.

THANK YOU WILL SUTTON FOR COMING BACK FOR SECONDS!!!!

Not discounting SC's "greasiness" but given their low limit on scholies, aren't they pretty much full right now?

SC is in desperate need of a RB in this class so they'd have to make room.  That would be a nice dilemma to have Grice and Foster committ to ASU.  Hate to see Foster red shirt he's too talented, maybe he'd play on D or just roll with both as RB's...I'm really thinking ahead here.

Re: Grice

This has been debated on another post until I have no clue what the situation is (at USC, UCLA or ASU). Grice was brought up on the USC board when someone thought that USC pulled Foster's scholi offer so I guess they were hoping Grice would  replace Foster as their annual baller RB signing.

Dunno West Coast..but if they are  i'm sure they are playing the same numbers game ucla is and will greyshirt, "move" whatever players they need to to make room for this kid.

SC I haven't found to be "greasy" just the coaching staffs of late. Between cheaty petey and lame they could fill an oil tanker full of the grease that oozes off their souls.

Given the $20k/sem tuition at $C, I can't imagine any athlete would want to greyshirt there. That alone would make ASU more attractive in my opinion.

Yeah, because he didn't have recruiting violations at UT and wasn't on the staff of USC when they had violations either.

Obviously  you as a ua "fan" are ignorant to the recruiting game.  I could have only gone the ua route and said he was giving them moreno money and click car keys.

Oh and "x" the "hookers and blow" line is well known. It was thrown in there for levity's sake but maybe I should have added a laughing emoticon to really hit it home for the perpetually mentaly challenged like you.

Re: Grice

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say USC was desperate for a running back...hahahaha.

That's a first.  Don't they have DJ Morgan and Dillon Baxter waiting in the wings for touches?

There is no doubt the scholi levels are starting to hinder the Trojans.  biggrin

If anyone thinks recruiting is a "clean" sport, you need to think again. It will only become fair if the NCAA has someone regulate every coach all day everyday

You got that right! U$C gets first pick of 4-5 star kids in SoCal and tends to over-recruit as much as possible to deny other programs.

Baxter transferred, as did Amir Carlisle.  George Farmer moved back to WR and DJ Morgan is in Kiffen's doghouse because of fumbling (even if he's out of it, he'll be back in before long).

Re: Grice

It's not at all surprising that a fan of school where porn is filmed would incorporate hookers into a discussion for "levity". Get back to me when you have YouTube video of kiffen delivering hookers and coke to recruits
