Jahii Carson. Isn't he the intellectually challenged kid that didn't qualify for... *gasp*... academic flagship Tempe State last year? If he truly believes that 5-16 from the field with 4 assists and 6 turnovers in a 61-78 home court beatdown against basketball juggernaut DePaul makes him the greatest PG in the Pac-12, he must be even dumber than everybody thought. He'll experience some humbling moments in upcoming conference play.

There's a difference between "under your skin" and "additional motivation".

If you have any questions about "additional motivation" you'll see it in action on the 19th.

Dang, I was hoping that au would not notice Carson was on the floor and just allow him easy access to the paint, thinking it was 5 on 4, but now that au is going to lock him up because of a tweet, well, were in trouble now.  Geez, the rest of you guys on the basketball team should just shut up and hole yourselves up in your dorm rooms, au players are just looking for motivation to play the game of basketball.

There's a difference between confidence and taking a shot at your rival, which Jahii did by saying "he should have been league". Maybe he only meant it as "he's already played 4 years and shouldn't even be in college", but I guarantee you that Lyons will take it as a shot at him for not being good enough for the NBA.
