Unless GB loses to Det, I am not that worried

Unless GB loses to Det, I am not that worried

get your players back...esp in the secondary...be careful...if Burnett and Hayward get hurt again, they could be out for the yr...

if you have Lacy carrying the ball on 4th and 1 at Cinn instead of Franklin, who was injured just before the carry...you win the game...get Lacy back...his screen pass and run vs SF gives you hope that he could be a 3rd down back...Franklin showed some juke vs Cinn...

can Tretter and Sherrod contribute to improve the OL after Thanksgiving?

JD, ever the optimist.  The Lions game Sunday is huge...a GB loss will really crimp the outlook for this season.  Hope GB can get healthy and not make the stupid plays they have been prone to do under MM over the years.

This game is a little scary. Detroit could cause real problems for GB. They have a very good QB...a decent running game with Bush playing well...and the top WR in the game. Also  have a strong DL which I'm sure will push around GB's OL.

This will not be easy.

BUT IF the Packers lose to the Lions, then Gil Brandt is probably right the Pack won't make the playoffs and dissension may appear in the ranks.  This game is beyond BIG.

Huge game for GB....the OL will certainly be tested as will the defense. Detroit has plenty of talent. Maybe the Packers schedule has not been that tough so far...the Bengals got beat at Cleveland. A 1-3 start is possible.

I agree with this completely, Detroit has tons of talent, if they play together they could be quite good.  They suffer in the secondary though and with discipline.  Should be a high scoring affair.

the only problem...would be if Matthews, Hayward, Kuhn, Finley and Bush do not play...that is an inactive with some of your best playmakers on def, off and STs.

even if GB loses...as long as those players can return...GB will be 10-6...but a very tough team in the playoffs...no home field...but GB can match up with NO...if SF can play Sea first and soften them up....GB can win it all...

There's a lot of things I like about this Packer team, but the offensive line could be the thing that derails them.

I give them a 75% chance of beating Detroit at home. If they do lose, more than likely that O-Line will have been part of the reason.

GB 6.5 points favorite.

Once a coach, always a coach ------ and sometimes serving as "the devils advocate" !

NO was having trouble with their OL....Brees took some shots...

GB has a much better chance of beating NO...because when Hayward and Buress return...GB had 5 quality CBs...and can match up with teams that have 4 WRs and a top TE.

vs Det...can Jolly and Raji...Pickett win the line and allow the LBs to stop Bush...or allow Burnett to shadow Bush...?
