Re: Manchester at Winston
Both teams are 3-1 but I am taking Winston in this one. Too much firepower for Manchester to handle! Winston 48 to 14

RE: Manchester at Winston
This game will be interesting- if Manchester can score with them, then WA may be in for a tough one. Any respectable coach will move the ball on Wisdoms Duhhfense. Unfortunately for Manchester- they havent seen the likes of Sullivan and Company on offense. They need to get Sims back involved- in some capacity- he could turn that defense around.

Re: Manchester at Winston
Winston 52 to 49. Winston apparently can not stop anyone from running wide. Manchesters' speedsters will have a field day but unless Winston's offense stops itself, Winston will roll up more points.

RE: Manchester at Winston
If Winston had played like I know they can they would have won this game. Manchester tried to let us win more than once. Nothing was clicking. Wayne is next.

RE: Manchester at Winston
Coach Sims still lives right down the road. Too much pride involved to ask for help. He could restore the pride back, solidify a porous defense, and unite the once proud program.

Good point. Those who decide to run down a coach can always find a reason.

RE: Manchester at Winston
No- Im no coach. Dont even pretend to be one. Im just a fan that wants to see WA succeed. Seems like ever since Sims went to Starkville, our program has dropped steadily. Sims is available, has the want to, and loves Winston so much that he probably would do it for nothing. He could certainly help Wisdom with our defense.

Re: Manchester at Winston
Winston can still be a good team. Their receivers must not drop the easy wide open balls and the defense has got to be able to stop the wide runs. Defensively, what they are doing is not working (look at the points given up) and has to change. Manchester played a tough game but even as awful as Winston played they were still in the game until the end. Tough loss for the Patriots but a great win for Manchester, wouldn't you say so Alpo!!!
