Offensive Pass Interference on a 2 point try
Team A goes for 2 point try. Catches ball but commits offensive pass interference. What is the correct procedure?

The try is over. A loss of down penalty means that the team has lost the right to repeat the down. No points, no replay, time for the kickoff...

One more twist to it. Does Team B have the option of enforcing the yardage for the foul on the kickoff?

No. OPI is not one of the penalties where carryovers to a free kick are allowed.
