Flo wrestling. Gnwa

Flo wrestling. Gnwa

Did anyone else notice the post on GNWA about Flo wresting and the money they are charging it gets buried by the fake posters on gnaw. Several years ago a big push from the GNWA group hammered Team GA and all of the lack of proper training. Then what popped up low and hold the Compound and guess who are profiting from it. Now lok at flo and see travel ing n your money. We get rankings from who, what did they ever do in college. Google them and tell me what you find. Yes they have brought wrestling to Flo, but what have they made off their actions. Great businessman, but do they have the pedigree to really talk wrestling?

Ok, I checked on their back ground. Fret, Has no varsity info out here just jv. Roper was all American once ay App State.

My question again is how much money have they made on their plan.?

First free clinics as GNWA, then small fee then a whole new Compound.

How many posters on GNWA are from same ip address?

THIS IS THE REASON I HAVE NOT BEEN ON HERE IN FOREVER.
SO YOU FAULT PEOPLE FOR STARTING THEIR OWN BUSINESS?
GNWA IS A NON PROFIT AND INVOLVES PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT TRAINING CENTERS.
I AGREE THAT GNWA DOESNT GET AS MUCH PUSH ANYMORE, BUT WHY DO YOU BASH PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING WRESTLING BETTER AND TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING?
SO WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?
SINCE YOU WANNA BASH OTHERS?

Re: Flo wrestling. Gnwa

It's their business.  It's not a charity.  They don't have to tell you how much they make.  If their training is good enough that people want to pay for it, good on them.

The free clinics were back before they had a facility to pay the lease/utilities on and when Roper had a full-time teaching job -- which he left to become the full-time resident coach.  Free clinics don't pay those expenses.

How many posters from the same IP address?  Are you really that paranoid?  Well let's see what I can do to ease your troubled mind.  I've been posting on GNWA from very early on -- I signed up within a day or two of when Cliff launched the site.  (IIRC, I was one of the first 50 or so.)  I personally know dozens of the folks that post there, most of whom I didn't know before that board was created.  (I even bought a truck from one regular poster I met through the site.)  There's dozens more that I don't know personally, but I (and most of the other regulars) know who they are.  They do have one username specifically for the Compound, but most of the time those guys post under their regular usernames -- and it's not a secret at all who they are.

Through the years, I've had the pleasure of becoming friends with the principals at the Compound.  I can assure you that their primary motivation is not lining their pockets.  Most of them have full-time jobs outside the Compound.  They're about improving the quality of wrestling in Georgia.  For all of the wrestling-related work they get paid for, they do that much or more on a volunteer basis.

Step off now while we can still attribute your rants to sheer ignorance.

Do not-under any circumstance-and I say this gently...PISSOFF MrBumstead without the proper evidence, substantiation, verification & validation.-BigPurpleHead 3/9/09
