Your entire argument is moot as public schools were the ones running because they couldn't win. You really think this would be an issue if basketball and football championships were being won by public schools?
All that's going to happen is most of the same people will be pissed again when they realize that they're getting the crap beaten out of them by the same few teams at the top. Lanier, ya'll, Wilkinson... Those types of schools are going to dominate and the whiners will have a field day.
